MELETE offers Free USPS Priority within US ( with $15.00 processing fee ). FEDEX and UPS are available upon request.

FedEx offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. West coast delivery will take longer up to 7 days. These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US.We also offer domestic express service through FedEx: 2-day, 3-day.

NOTE - All shipments will require a signature upon delivery except PO box delivery requested by customer ( only delivered by USPS, NO FEDEX OR UPS for PO BOX DELIVERY).

Order Processing

We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays

Sales Tax ( Effective April 2018 )

Orders for PA residence only will be charged for the state sales tax. All others, no sales tax on web orders.

General care for bags

Melete Uses Finest Natural leather. This means, leather surface is sensitive to water, humidity, intense light and scratch. Surface will create nice patina in time as you wear, this is the beauty of Veg-tanned leather products. While we maintain consistency in overall quality of our products, and variations in leather are entirely normal and are true characteristics of natural leather. Hence each bag is individually unique.

Hardware – Made in 100 % solid bronze without plating. Surface color will darken in time. However it is entirely possible to polish back to its original state by your self.

Return Policy

We accept return within 5 days of delivery arrival at your door. All international sales are final.

Step 1. Contact us at info@meletedesign.com to arrange.

Step 2. Please use the original packing materials and safely re-pack your items before sending.

Step 3. Send back via shipping courier with clear tracking number. Note - Return and exchange shipping is provided by the customer. Melete is not responsible for the lost or the damaged packages.

Step 4. Inform us with the tracking info.

Step 5. Refund is made after the arrival of the package in the condition of unworn without any visible damages. Handle with care as natural leather’s surface is sensitive to stain and scratches. Once approved, the full refund is made with deducted Handling and transaction fee of $25, it should take up to 3-4 business day.
